This course ensures you become AI literate in line with the EU AI Act, specifically Article 4, which requires organizations to ensure that people involved in the development, deployment, or use of AI systems have appropriate AI literacy.

The course aligns with the Certified AI Literacy exam, which validates that you meet the foundational knowledge standards needed to work responsibly and compliantly with AI technologies.

Now that artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives, it is more important than ever to understand what it can and cannot do. Unfortunately, AI is not a miracle cure that solves every problem. It clearly has strengths, but also limitations that you need to be aware of in order to use it responsibly. In our new AI Literacy course, you will discover the power and pitfalls of AI. Using recognizable examples, you will learn how things went wrong in the past and how you can prevent this from happening in the future. This will teach you how to use AI consciously, critically, and effectively.

During the course, we start with what AI is and where it comes from. We then dive into the world of data, focusing on the importance of good data quality and how AI systems work. Next, we look at the opportunities and challenges of AI within your work. We conclude with the theme of ethics and regulations. In doing so, we will pay attention to the EU AI Act. This law obliges organizations to use AI in a conscious, responsible, and transparent manner. Finally, we have developed an exam that allows you to test your knowledge of all these components after completing the course.

After completing this course, you will be able to use AI with confidence and responsibility. And with the accompanying exam certificate, you can demonstrate that you have the right knowledge and skills.
